2. PulseSync Support SMS program terms
Program name: PulseSync Support.
Program description: PulseSync, Inc. sends text messages about your support request or account to people who ask for them: replies to your inquiry, status updates, and resolution notices. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
You receive messages only after you opt in, in one of these two ways:
- Website form. On our contact page, you enter your mobile number and check the optional box that reads:
“I agree to receive text messages from PulseSync about my inquiry and account at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of submitting this form. See our Terms and Privacy Policy.”The box is unchecked by default. You can submit the form without checking it, and we will reply by email instead.
- Phone call. When you call PulseSync support, the team member asks before sending any text:
“Would you like us to send updates about this request by text message to the number you’re calling from, or another number? Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Our terms and privacy policy are at pulsesync.ai/terms and pulsesync.ai/privacy.”We text you only if you say yes. We record the number, the date and time, and the team member who took your consent, then send a confirmation text that repeats the opt-out instructions.
Consent to receive text messages is never required to buy anything from PulseSync or to use our website or services.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You can also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or STOPALL. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed and will send no further messages. To rejoin, submit the contact form again with the SMS box checked, or reply START.

Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile number and opt-in consent are handled under our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number or your opt-in data and consent to any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
