PulseSync, Inc. (“PulseSync,” “we,” “us”) operates the website at www.pulsesync.ai and the PulseSync Support text messaging program. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form, email us, or call us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email address, company, role, phone number, and the content of your message.
- SMS consent records. If you agree to receive text messages, we record the phone number, the date and time of consent, how consent was given (website form or phone call), and the consent wording you agreed to.
- Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide support.

- To evaluate design partner fit and, where you have asked for them, send product updates by email.
- To secure and operate the website and meet legal obligations.

Text messaging (SMS)
PulseSync Support sends text messages only to people who have opted in, either by checking the optional SMS consent box on our contact form or by agreeing verbally on a call with our support team. The messages are about your support request or account: replies to your inquiry, status updates, and resolution notices. We do not send marketing text messages.

How we share information
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run our business (for example, website hosting, email delivery, and SMS delivery), under contracts that limit their use of it to providing services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data security and retention
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit. We keep contact and consent records for as long as needed to respond to you, honor opt-outs, and meet record-keeping obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing [email protected]. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
